We’ll begin reviewing your application soon. Once it’s been approved and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation of enrolment email within 5 business days. Until you get that email, your enrolment isn’t quite confirmed, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Frequently Asked Questions

After you submit your enrolment form, you'll get an initial email letting you know we’ve received it—thanks for sending it in!

Next, we’ll review your application. If everything is in order, we’ll approve it within 5 business days.

Once your enrolment is officially confirmed, we’ll send you another email with all the important details you need before your course begins.

If we need any extra documents or transcripts to process your enrolment, we’ll send you an email with all the details.

The email will include what you need to provide, any deadlines, and how to send the documents to us.

It’s really important to keep an eye out for that email and send us the requested documents as soon as possible. This way, we can keep everything on track for you.

After you submit your enrolment form:

Step 1: You'll get an email right away, letting your know we've received your enrolment.

Step 2: We’ll review your application. If everything looks good, we'll approve it within 5 business days.  After that, you’ll receive an email with further information before your course starts. This email will include:

  • Important dates and times
  • Your login details

Step 3: One week before your course begins, we’ll send you another email with all the details you need, including:

  • How to log in to the Learning Portal
  • How to access and review the Guide to PLT
  • Your workshop timetable and attendance info
  • What to know for your workshops: time, location, what to wear, and what to bring

Watch for these emails—they’ll have everything you need to get started!

If everything’s in order with your enrolment form, we’ll approve it and send you an email within 5 business days.

If you haven’t heard from us after 5 days, first check your inbox (and don’t forget to peek in your junk mail too).

Once you’ve received your enrolment confirmation email, great news—there’s no pre-work required for the PLT program, so you can relax for now! A week before your course starts, we’ll send you an email with all the important details, including:

  • How to log in to the Learning Portal
  • How to access the Guide to PLT
  • Your workshop schedule and attendance info
  • What to know for your workshops: when and where to go, what to wear, and what to bring

If you’d like, you can log in early to get familiar with the Learning Portal and see what’s coming up in your first week.
