Adeline Schiralli

Adeline Schiralli is an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law and an accomplished estate planning and elder law solicitor. She advises clients on the implementation of wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianships; superannuation death benefit nominations; appropriately gifting the control of entities; and retirement village contracts and aged care agreements.
Before joining Keypoint Law as a Consulting Principal in 2018, Adeline was a Senior Associate for many years in a prominent suburban firm’s Wills and Estates team.
She holds a Master of Law (Applied Law), majoring in Wills and Estates. Adeline was listed in Doyle’s Guide from 2021–2024 as a ‘Recommended’ lawyer in the category Wills, Estates and Succession Planning Lawyers and was a ‘Rising Star’ in this category in 2017.
Adeline is a member of the Elder Law, Capacity & Succession Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales, the current Chair of the Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Wills & Estates Advisory Committee, and a lecturer in the Adjunct Teaching Faculty of the College of Law in both the Wills & Estates and Estate Planning majors of the Master’s program.
