"As a junior lawyer who has worked in a firm where the basic steps were not communicated, this course was extremely helpful, and I feel like I have a better understanding of the why behind the steps. Before doing the course, my biggest concern was not knowing how to explain the why to a client and I feel like I will need practice with this, but I now have the knowledge and resources. Thank you."
