Natalie Mascarenhas, Baker McKenzie

Natalie is a Senior Consultant - Graduate Resourcing at Baker McKenzie. After studying a Bachelor of Laws/Science (Psych major) at Monash Uni, Natalie completed her articles at Gadens in 2005. She practised there as a lawyer/Senior Associate from 2005 – 2011, taking up her next role in the inhouse legal team at Bendigo & Adelaide Bank for eight months. She then joined Baker McKenzie from late 2011 and is still currently working there. She looks after graduate and clerkship programs and recruitment processes, junior associates, graduate projects, PD/L&D projects, and formerly also looked after business services teams. She has also been involved in some of Baker & McKenzie’s community service initiatives and is a leader of the BakerWellbeing Committee (which has a focus on mental health and wellbeing in the firm). She works part-time and is the mother of three beautiful little boys!
 
Emma completed a bachelor of laws and economics at the Queensland University of Technology. During her studies, she competed in business consulting and debating competitions across Asia-Pacific and Europe. Emma undertook a university exchange semester in Hong Kong. She also had the opportunity to undertake work experience at large commercial law firms in areas such as insurance and corporate risk and projects.
el, a seasoned lawyer with 11 years of experience, has thrived in diverse industries such as aviation, financial services, and currently, cloud computing. As an in-house advocate, she shares career insights with a combined audience of over 17,000 on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Stephanie is an Associate in Legal Recruitment at u&u Recruitment Partners. Stephanie’s passion for supporting people was ignited after completing a Bachelor Degree in Psychological Science. Fast forward seven years and she developed her expertise in Human Resources (HR), specifically in the legal industry. Stephanie's expertise extends beyond traditional recruitment practices; she possesses a deep understanding of the legal industry's unique, complex requirements and the ability to meticulously identify key talent.
